There are times when I have to work long hours or manage multiple projects simultaneously, which can be stressful. However, the management is supportive and provides the necessary resources to ensure that we meet our deadlines. Although the communication with the management is generally transparent, there have been times when there has been a lack of clarity in expectations or instructions.
