Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. 1. Salary remains delayed for 5-6 months at most of the site. You will never get your salary back and at last you have to quit this company because of salary issue. 2. No bonus or increment you have to work for three four years without any salary hike and change in job profile. 3. Increment is not done based on the work you do but on the basis of how much you sugar-coat the management. 4. No work life balance no leave you have to work 12-15 hrs even on Sunday. 5. Substandard company keeps substandard staff engineer and labourers. Look for cost cutting always uses substandard material.No safety for worker at site. No medical/insurance cover. Advice:- So never join this company better start a food stall otherwise you and your family will die for sure without salary....Read More
