Working Culture of this company is good and My site management is very helpful.

Company need to review the HR policies like timely wages of staff which is normally 2 to 3 month delay , giving yearly appresial on time which is normally delay 4 to 5 month and promotion of Staff according to their experiance and site appresial which is not giving, need to provide employee and their family members health benefits which is not provided.

1. Salary remains delayed for 5-6 months at most of the site. You will never get your salary back and at last you have to quit this company because of salary issue. 2. No bonus or increment you have to work for three four years without any salary hike and change in job profile. 3. Increment is not done based on the work you do but on the basis of how much you sugar-coat the management. 4. No work life balance no leave you have to work 12-15 hrs even on Sunday. 5. Substandard company keeps substandard staff engineer and labourers. Look for cost cutting always uses substandard material.No safety for worker at site. No medical/insurance cover. Advice:- So never join this company better start a food stall otherwise you and your family will die for sure without salary....Read More
