One can learn designed vehicle's manufacturing process practically with direct access to shop floor. One can perform product design by creative and innovative ideas and do prototype. Team support will be there.

Dislikes

There is a lot of internal politics within the department's. Dealing with sales executive is very exhausting because they are unaware of Vehicle code/standards. Working hours are bit more(1-2 hrs) with no allowance benefits. Salary hike and growth is slow No work from home option
