he work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Company is not ideal company to join. Management is the worst. They will hold your salaries for 3-4 months and say they don't have enough funds. Work culture is also not ideal. I was part of this company and have left this company way back and still struggling to get my Full and Final. I know more than 5 employee who left this company and still haven't received their dues.
