Only Salary is good but if manager has prejudice about you he will complaint about you to management and without investigation your salary increment will fall down. Staff politics is much here.

The management misguids you in case of Graduaty, I was asked to be consultant in stead of taking me on company master due to this I could not got my Graduaty in spite of working for 11 years. Salary was good but career growth is quite slow and job training is not given to new joiners.
