very good atmosphere and support for working class. Jobs are 100% secured. If some one wants to leave the job, management not allowed to go simply and if required they fulfill his needs. People in this organization working even after retirement with same capacity for years. as per my experience of 46 years never delayed for salary payment for a single day.

Good working environment and supportive management, company policies are fair enough and good salary hike along with bonus.

Salary was good but career growth is quite slow and job training is not given to new joiners.
