Really negative company culture and no work ethics in company, working for a long time here but no and single financial growth. No balance between work and personal life. 12 or more than 12 hours duty sometimes. No acknowledgement and no credit for good work. Managements and sinior management have very bad influence on other staff. Mostly higher management treats us very poorly and using abusive words unnecessary. No weeks offs, no paid holiday and leave policy, There is no HR and also not a single Paper works for employees. Waste of skills, time and your knowledge in this organisation....Read More

Having a work experience of around 11 years I have found that all the seniors and office as well as factory staff are quite co-operative and supportive. It feels like home to work here and I feel lucky to be a part of such a wonderful organization.
