I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Management was good. Staff were cooperative. Working environment was also good

Dislikes

Dealing with students was little bit difficult. They were from different areas with different brought ups. So we need patience and we must understand their problems and deal them carefully.
