Teammates had give good support, traveling time, work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high, salary not coming properly. Management will play politics. There is no difference between working and non-working persons.

Work Details

Maintain Quality team, documentation, timely dispatches. Solve market complaints. Monitoring periodical calibrations. Training to Quality team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
