There is no Value for Engineers ,they treat Engineers like worst than worker , and there is no technical aspects of learning. they hires engineers to work for 8 hour but forces to work for 12 Hour. working enviroment is not good

I joined as a Tr. Operating Engineer QA ,but they treat me as worker since till now and forcing to work for 12 hour,here i am spotting spatter,doing grinding here,my seniors, QA head is worthless they are just part of Politics and playing roles of yes man
