There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't even address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no such cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling intact there is no place for chilling. There is no such salary hike and bonus every year.

My work life experiences is terrible. It's like I am working like a robot. There is nothing good to work in this company. There is no such right to speak. Frankly speaking I basically lost my one year by working in this company.
