NASA and ISRO level people's and system.Job security,work culture,ethical values and other benefits are better than Syria,Burundi and Afghanistan. If anyone have supernatural power and can create miracles daily without basic resources and is not greedy about money and have patience like Buddha then best place for him.

I liked few things, they credited salary on time and provide training on regular basis for particular section only. Few employees are cooperative.

Work culture is really obnoxious, lack of proper management system, having no proper guidances which is really made me tired n sick.
