Sanjay Chawla, the biggest fraud on this earth. He works as an AVP but he creates hurdle for the person on the lowest of the grade. He is the one behind all the sorrows and negativity. He never lets anyone grow on his merit rather promotes and recruits those having strong references and are known to him. All the people here sitting on high posts are enjoying their life. They are making big fool of the innocent public who invest their hard earned money in the company shares by inflating the sales number and showing fake sales. The company within is in a big big mess and going concern of this company in near future is really doubtful. The top management who is running the business is actually just filling up their own pockets and not leaving a penny for the employees working below. All is good like job security career growth and salary appraisal. Leave policy is too good, but no any innovation and any benefit for back office work or admin work.
