No doubt incentive was good but they are offering lowest comparison to other brokerage firms.

Dislikes

pathetic office politics so called AVP abuses on the floor and shout like a maniac, and blame executives for everything including global warming. though it was a logistics company but the work culture was terrible then BPO.
