Not dislike really but wana suggest their compansation should improve as many of employee are outsiders so it's not possible to save in that compansation

Seeking Advice on Repeated Rejections for Data Analyst Role at S&P Global

Hi Everyone, I’ve been applying to S&P Global for the Data Analyst/Data Researcher 1 role for the past two years, because it is my dream company where i would really like to work but unfortunately, I haven’t received any positive feedback. My applications keep getting rejected, and I’m unsure of the reason. I hold a BE in Mechanical Engineering and currently work in a data-centric role. Could this rejection be due to my designation or the fact that I haven’t pursued a master’s degree yet?
