Work culture is a good at Rythmos organisation. Based on performance, we are getting good appraisal. Particularly we have good work life balance at Rythmos. But we are not sure when we will lose our job. Job security chances will be very less when compare with MNC companies. If we have projects then we don't have any problem otherwise its very difficult to servive in a Rythmos. In crisis(Covid 19) time they have given termination letter (who have experienced more than 4 years).
