Company management is good and work is no hard or all employees are good behaviour just like friends and all senior explorer are good behaviour and language skill is good for all employees

Quality department (Q.A patrol) same employees is not good behaviour and roughly touch to production department employees Overall finely Q.A patrol is not follow for any rules of management and bad activities follow for line

I love the fact that i am a part of a RYONAN ELECTRIC INDIA PVT LTD. We work happily.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is high.sometimes i have work 12-14 hrs.
