As a teacher, trust me, you will learn many things. Gained Good experience in teaching and friendly colleagues Salary on time From student point of view excellent education & extra activities etc...

Dislikes

Management is dominating. They always criticise supervisor, principal in front of students & teachers. Very less increment.

Only security is you won't lose your job if you are good at it but that doesn't mean you will get a salary hike or career growth.

Dislikes

I feel teachers need more respect and acknowledgement than they are given. Education is a business of imparting knowledge too (other than siphoning money from students' parents) , which is possible through the teachers employed . God won't come on Earth to teach how to treat your employees.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
