Likes

It's a very organised and well disciplined school. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Work environment is good. Appraisals are fair and salary hike is good. Observations and performance evaluation of teachers on regular basis which keep them sharp and tuned.

Dislikes

Traditional way of teaching and lesson plan making. It needs to be digitalized and inspections should be less. Christianity is followed which should not be there. Moreover we are Indians so no particular religion should be followed.
