1. No work life balance.
2. Worst and pathetic job training and expectation to perform with 100% efficiency.
3.Worst company for fresher and there is very less scope to learn for fresher.
4.Toxic work culture and no appreciation even work more than expected hours.
5. Extreme pressure to meet deadlines and instruction to work parallel on multiple task which ultimately create pressure on work .
6.Lacks basic amenities like water and many other things.
7.No compensation for extra hours , instead will try to motivate to work 24 by 7.
8.Higher bosses try to create unnecessary pressure if there is no any deadline for project .
9.No appreciation for contributing major in any project.
10.Mediocre service based company.
12.Very less salary compared to industry standard.
13. Very poor communication in the cross team and same team.
14.Very harsh and abusive language used often in teams.
15.threating of firing and no appraisal are given if you don't work on weekends or after the working hours.
16. very authoritarian culture and no respect for lower level employee.
17. No HR policies for any issues.
18.Often get judged by manager for any mistake.
19. Not people oriented company. manager and boss only care for work to be completed in unreal time limit.
20. very very Late appraisal cycle and happens with 5 to 10%.
21. Often manager and boss try to manipulate lower level employee for sharing personal information so that they can assign task to anytime.
22.No transportation facility.
23.Working with old technology.
24.On the one side very less number of leave is given but on leave they also try to expect to work on leave.
