The company working environment is good. We are working from home but we are getting salaries after cutting some percentage in salary while we are working full time.

Dislikes

Not provide feedback of appraisal to employees and takes too time to respond for appraisal. Even employees are not getting confirmation about amount to be increased and when company will send their increase amont. Bidding team not their so no projects to work on.

Work Details

I am working as an Engineer position and working as a PHP Developer , my job is to complete projects in the given time which is assigned to me and make it live and communicates with clients if they found any issues in the project..

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

They provide health insurance but there are too condition for that so no one are getting benifit while we are paying health insurance fee in every month from our salary.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
