Nothing worst experience on the first day the manager started shouting at me wothout any reason and i raised complaint to hr he also didnt took any action and the senior manager told me if you dont like you can leave the company.

Pathetic work culture, dead beat hr, micro management at peak, zero work life balance, trauma due to office politics, back bitching and lewd comments/unnecessary touching from male employees at times. There's no action from HR against any complaints and you are asked to just live with it. Bad/abusive language even with female employees is very common. Poor appraisal and constant demotivation from management. Basically you'll have to be a boot licker and forget you have a family if you want even a meager 6-7 percent increment. There's no work satisfaction of security because you'll always be told that you are getting replaced within few weeks just to force you to work even on holidays. Finance team is specially the worst, manager is a dumb guy who loves boot lickers. I won't even recommend my enemy to join this cursed place. Please don't join if possible!...Read More
