Pathetic work culture, dead beat hr, micro management at peak, zero work life balance, trauma due to office politics, back bitching and lewd comments/unnecessary touching from male employees at times. There's no action from HR against any complaints and you are asked to just live with it. Bad/abusive language even with female employees is very common. Poor appraisal and constant demotivation from management. Basically you'll have to be a boot licker and forget you have a family if you want even a meager 6-7 percent increment. There's no work satisfaction of security because you'll always be told that you are getting replaced within few weeks just to force you to work even on holidays.
