Nothing great about this school that is rustomjee virar.. Science team is bad especially pooja Yadav and teresa Fernandes..

Dislikes

Rustomjee students are manner less.. Teachers should teach them manners.. Also the principal of this school latika.. She supports parents for wrong reason.. She should be strict towards the children but students are manner less and disrespectful toward teachers.. Also salary is very less

This place is understaffed and the people working there are not even qualified enough to work there. Workload is too much and payment is too less. They will exploit you and if you try to take a stand they will make you feel like you are doing something wrong. Very unprofessional and toxic working environment.

Work place is very unprofessional as they do not respect your boundaries. They work their teachers to bone and if you make a single mistake they will not be considerate. Their leave policy is terrible, they want you to submit all original documents.

When i ask for increament after covid from 14000 to 20000 with 5yrs working experience with them, then they told us director not ready to give increament. But we come to know that director is nice.
