The staff is very supportive, overall you do get a fairly decent opportunity to gain experience with matters that can be usually outside your purview. Fairly decent for freshers especially.

Dislikes

Not a whole lot of growth potential. There is also the issue of staff mostly feeling under appreciated unless you are here through some connections. Also, the management is very used to withholding information and so I find it difficult to take their words at face value.

Dynamic working environment and everyday felt like going on a new war, so lot of self-learnings in the chaotic, unstructured, and unorganized working environment. Growth opportunities given to all and only the toughest could survive, not for people looking for relaxed and structured work processes. So if you're coming from a big MNC, be ready for surprises.

Toxic work culture, policies only on paper but not applied in reality, biased management (eg: late comings allowed for people in so called senior mgmt and favorites of boss but salaries deducted for others even if there was a strong valid reason), two Saturdays in a month off for only so called head office staff but not for centre/branch staff, which means no uniformity in policies across entire organization and the boss bragged about creating and maintaining UNIFORMITY, not sure which book he read for the definition of uniformity. Salaries and F&F settlements of employees who left the organization even 2 years back are yet to be cleared even before COVID 19 struck, so COVID now is just an excuse. Spent 7+ yrs dedicatedly with full commitment, always thought and put company's interest 1st and progressed from faculty position to HOD in 4.5 years, so a good growth only title-wise but there was huge disparity in salaries paid to others at same level.

Dear Sir Good afternoon, No personal touch, And No support for Employees as Given Health care Guidelines, for pandemic, covid-19 situation, our marketing team also none of us turned up to Even phone to each other. Only conference call, and Given guidelines for Expanding business, and how to get max admission during lock down, rather than to save our own life. Govt. Also no support, When Doctors are Ran away from there Duties and those hospital s are earning huge money from patiant during pandemic covid-19 period Doctor are like God but when there is no vaccine, Doctors are Playing with patients and earning money. I have lost my both parents who were Innocent and Traped on pandemic situation. I have put max money and treatment for my parents. But I lost them to which I will never forgive for Govt and Doctors. For there admission towards hospital political pressure used there fore I can't not forget situation till my Death. Worst situation. It is more than 6 Years in RAGC. For me its RAGC Family. I am glad to say that, I got opportunity to complete my Post graduation and enhanced my skill and knowledge in the training program provided by RAGC.
