I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The staff is very supportive, overall you do get a fairly decent opportunity to gain experience with matters that can be usually outside your purview. Fairly decent for freshers especially.

Dislikes

Not a whole lot of growth potential. There is also the issue of staff mostly feeling under appreciated unless you are here through some connections. Also, the management is very used to withholding information and so I find it difficult to take their words at face value.
