There is nothing to like about RAGC. Simply most unprofessional and unorganised place to work with SOP on paper for only staff..Management is like free tiger in Jungle to attack any Staff as there pray.

One of the most unethical company to work with.Full of politics and FAWNing.HR is said to be for staff but dont be surprised if you dont find it here.,if u are unable to reach them for solution to your issue. RAGC is one many Army i.e. 1 person itself is HR,Account,Operation,Execution to save cost and best part is he dont know any of it except being busy in getting FAWNED .

The staff is very supportive, overall you do get a fairly decent opportunity to gain experience with matters that can be usually outside your purview. Fairly decent for freshers especially.

Dislikes

Not a whole lot of growth potential. There is also the issue of staff mostly feeling under appreciated unless you are here through some connections. Also, the management is very used to withholding information and so I find it difficult to take their words at face value.
