Knowledge sharing across the group is fantastic and the systems in place for that are second to none. No organisation is perfect, but the important thing is whatever is not perfect the organisation culture is such that the employees are able to raise it so that if those concerns are valid then they are addressed by the company, in India and by the UK HO as well. The culture is such that there are multiple checks and balances within the organisation and multi level hierarchies to ensure that customer concerns or employee concerns are addressed to the top management also as I have personally experienced in the last 7 years....Read More
