Initially when I joined in RSETI ,at that time the work culture is good. Now not for covid , the present Director of RSETI decrease the work culture, no initiative taken for fund . Always create a fear environment by giving threads of not to renew job .2 to 4 months salary is pending. We are not in a position to maintain family. Son tution fees. I am Fully satisfied for my work life just because of so many rural poor candidates of rural areas came in my institute and I gives them training of entrepreneurship development after that they do own buisness and earning money .
