1) Flexibility with the timings is the best part to maintain your work - life balance unlike other companies where you are bound to reach at a specific timing. 2) Have been working over here from last 2+ years and I love every aspect of my team. 1) The only dislike about here is departments not taking accountability of their work and trying to blame shift on other department for most of the work that comes under their KRA. 2) Some departments lag young talents & would not give opportunity to hire ones bcoz of their criticizing mindset. 3) Higher management should take more consideration of the hard work of the junior staff that are actually doing ground work....Read More
