All the top management people are very approachable, they have a open door policy. They treasure the employee performers and train them to do even better. Good incentives structure. Good pay packages.

Many points, this is 1st company in my 20 years of career, were company deducted my weekoff amount from salary. Joking part I have 40 Pl Leaves in my account along with 5 compoff. No leaves allowed, No encashment, No Pf, No bonus, No concern abt problem
