Decision taking or making environment.noone Decisions were taken with ease, noone used to pressurize for someone decision.

Dislikes

The mistake of mini and petty contractors was also put on the head of the engineer, there was a lot of politics, no one spoke in our favour

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learned many things on the job.

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
