The chairman is very thoughtful about the employee he does everything to benifit employees. HOD is good and reasonable.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Poor culture. No system or process. Boss is arrogant. They trouble you and do partiality. The culture what chairman wants is completely different what is being practiced at reporting boss level. Hope his vision is being practiced at ground level.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
