Luckily I received two trainings during my tenure as a teacher.

High work pressure. No work life balance. Poor compensation. Organization in bad shape. Irregular credit of salary.

I was working as English teacher for two years. The best part was my students and children who were dedicated and good. On the other hand there wasn't any policy followed across the school and stopped paying the employees without any prior intimation.
