Company culture and bosses inherited from vedanta, toxic colleagues, and reverse discrimination. Its a company where your female gender gives you the power to officially undermine, and career castrate your male colleagues. A company where you (as a male) will always be treated as second class citizen and an eyesore. I don’t recommend my fellow male colleagues to join this company. There is no equality here, only derision and toxicity at every turn. Please don’t believe the positive reviews, they are orchestrated by company HR to build company image.
