Great place to learn. Young staff, I think the best CNC machining, fabrication and surface treatment (electroplating & heat treatment) facility under one roof.

Dislikes

What I dislike is that there is no room for growth. it's a small business with limited customers. Lack of communication. Unfair pay, favoritism.

No Growth for Chemical Engineer. Suface Treatment Manger is very narrow minded & rude in nature. Management beleives in PPEs only for safety measures. No safety drill/safety induction is conducted. If any accident happens during work, Management investigate only PPEs. No other safety hierarchy measure. Even they don't register lose time injurey in DISH. Biased management for their favourit one.
