The group of counsellors at Rudraksh Group are specialised in particular countries which makes the job easier by sharing responsibility with the fellow counsellors. When a specialist works on a problem, the solution is reached easily.

Dislikes

Some people are not very understanding and think that we will wave a magic wand and things will happen. The process of migrating abroad is complex. Hence, patience is the key.

Every new aspirant brings in new desires and ambitions. I have to make sure that it meets the reality and the process is done in a smooth manner.

Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lots of politics.salary is decent and career growth is slow on the job training is not given to new joinees

I love the challenge of solving complex problems that students have regarding overseas education and formalities associated with it. I am able to offer the right solutions because of my experience in the field at Rudraksh Group.

Not everyone is understanding of the working of migration. It takes time and the rules have to be followed thorough to get the visa.
