TLs are supportive at times and there's nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

No proper culture, no career growth, they hire for different position and make employees do bpo callings 8 hrs without appreciating the hardwork of the recruiters. No compensation, benefits etc. Deduction of salary is high. Worst part is login, logout and sending reports 3 times a day. Working here is waste of time and energy

I'm working here as a fresher . I'm very grateful that I'm a part of Rubicon. Here working culture is very friendly, motivating , balancing and positive. Our seniors and TL are also very supportive . Every fresher should join this company.

Dislikes

I dislike that there are other who are not very supportive and friendly . As they don't support their team members. But in which I am working right is very good . So I think other teams of the Rubicon also focus on them not on their targets.

This organization just take advantage of your situation don't pay salary on time.Timings are strict and work life balance is zero .They expect 100% hardwork from you but they don't promise any job security or even salary. Pathetic team lead Swetha Karri she only thinks about her own benefits will never listen to your issues only speak about her own benefits. TL and other upper authority didn't reply regarding your payment and promotion ,i a Have being worked since 7 month but they didn't response me clear. According to company there is only 2 month contract period but now it's been 7 month they didn't give promotion or response.
