One of the manager of RA department uses harsh words/behaves rudely with freshers and all employees in organistion just because she can't deliver or explain the things which she should ideally explain to her reporting team members. She does not explain how to perform the job and dan keeps complaining about the employee to everyone that he /she does not do well.company does not provide any training to freshers and also there is no learning on job. There is this one harsh rude bad behaved manager in RA dept who behaves like she knows it all and on top she does not have ability to express her ideas to let other ppl know in her team on how to perform the task assigned to them....Read More
