Likes

I like the postive and welcoming company culture which makes me feel inclusive since day one. I like that company provides engaging projects which makes a continuous learning and challenging work environment. The healthy and open communication from my leader helps me work more effectively and build transparency.

Dislikes

There is nothing I really dislike about working with the company however I am bit unhappy with the current pay that I have.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
