No growth, only politics can run the company and his people no other skill is required for job here. The company logo is "the joy of creating of institutions" it's very funny... Here only company creating politicians... If you will work here definitely u will got a parliament seat.

1.No value addition to me as person, no good softwares, no trainings, no guidance from seniors 2.Too much politics at workplace 3.Seniors do not take accountability 4.Neither they have any firm plan, nor they want to adhere to plan. 5.HR has too much power. 6.Senior Managers are mostly transactional leaders nothing else.
