Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Do not transport facility available.. it's company do not childcare.its company food provided for fifty percent take ruppe. Company Provided health insurance for employees rupees cut.

Work Details

I learn everything on the job. I get a different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
