5 days work should be applicable as Rubamin is going to be a large organization. Extra activities should be adopted to show talent of employees. Not satisfied with the work profile.

I like that company provides engaging projects which makes a continuous learning and challenging work environment. The healthy and open communication from my leader helps me work more effectively and build transparency.
