RTT has supported me during the toughest times. It is not only the best environment I have worked in but also the best leadership I have experience

Dislikes

Trust me, I would've mentioned one had there been one. The pay can be a bit of a strain but for anyone who wants to grow in an environment where more focus is on learning, it is the best place to work in.

Work Details

I get sufficient time to reenergize after work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
