they can just fire you anytime without giving any proper reason and notice. They take employment as a joke.Management is just so insane. Dirty politics inside. There is no job security there. If you are there please keep search for other job, you can be fired anytime soon.

Every achivement is seen as stepping stone for next set of important goals. which keeps us at our toes and eventually pushes the standards even higher. If anyone sees this as a double edged sword rtbrick is not the place for them.
