earlier the environment in this co was good and it was treated as such company where you join and retire too from same company thats how the working culture was here.

People in this company especially senior management people appointed in recent times thinks they are the superiors in this entire world and whosoever will against them they will throw them out of this company. This thing is known to management people also but they are not keen to take action on such people and letting them do they want to do which is going to create environment of hitler raj or kaurav raj in this company in very short period of time...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
