Job security is ok , but management is very poor ,it's totally depend on monopoly ruler , company policy but it's working on decreasing way and worst when it's reach bottom line.....it's totally......no words to say ....here is no work culture .

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
