Likes

No learning experience. Most of the employees are realatives of higher management. This organisation is full of non professional employees. Terrible work culture with non qualified staff.

Yes definitely I don't like to work here not any professional person feeling the same.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
