I felt not found myself any personal growth at here.Good skilled person RSPL kept leave without any reason.
Company kept 12 hrs duty from their employee without proving weekly off from last 3 month.and if employee wants to going for leave very difficult for him bcs company having limited manpower and staff for different department.
